The Declercq Family homestead has been processing chickens for themselves and others for over 10 years. They understand how much work and time it takes to raise your own meat and consider it an honor to be entrusted with processing your birds for the freezer!
What they offer: Custom chicken & turkey processing - NO MINIMUMS! Whole birds are shrink bagged. Parted birds are vacuum sealed with like parts (drums together, thighs together, wings together, etc.) Process every Friday May-October - APPOINTMENT REQUIRED. First come first serve.
