Weekly Highlight #2 - MEALWORMS WITH 9 PINES HOMESTEAD

9 Pines Homestead raises mealworms in locally sourced wheat bran without hormones or pesticides. The mealworms are harvested at approximately ten weeks and average ½ to ¾ inch in length. They are well-suited as a supplemental feed for chickens, reptiles, small mammals, and wild birds—especially bluebirds—and are also popular for fishing. Mealworms are available in quantities of 500, 1,000, 3,000, and 5,000.
