Weekly Highlight # 1 - Raw Goats Milk Herd Shares with Hidden Creek Farm
Hidden Creek Farm milks a small herd of Nubian goats raised on fresh pasture and fed fermented alfalfa in the summer, with local organic hay and produce in the winter. Raw goat milk is available through a weekly half-gallon herdshare program. Additional offerings include goat milk soap, baked goods, and a seasonal selection of pasture-raised meats and produce. The farm specializes in heritage breeds and heirloom produce raised ethically and without chemicals, hormones, steroids, or antibiotics. Livestock is fed non-GMO feed that is also free of corn, soy, and wheat.
